In between the home you have and the home you hope to have can be stressful... The task of finding either buyer or seller can be daunting: frustrating, expensive, paperwork-intensive and time-consuming. After all, you don't do this every day… But I do, every day, and I love helping people find their way home!       I specialize in residential home sales because I believe that home ownership is one of the best investments you can make. As with any investment, there are potentially serious and expensive pitfalls to avoid, but I will guide you through the maze to make the process as seamless as possible. My team of preferred lenders, title and escrow officers, and inspectors – reliable, trustworthy professionals – are available to assist as well. That allows me to give you and your home my undivided attention.
Having grown up in a family of realtors, appraisers and lenders, it was no surprise to family and friends when – after ten years as a jewelry/gift store owner – I became a realtor. After selling our family’s starter home years ago, my husband (Ken) and I dabbled in home construction. I designed and helped build two homes. We did much of the construction work ourselves, which gave me hands-on experience with the building process.
I continue to take classes and do research to stay informed and up to date on market trends and industry changes, which can happen daily.
As a family we spend a week together each year volunteering at our favorite community event – the Benton-Franklin fair. We also support local hockey and soccer teams and enjoy boating, skiing, wine tasting, live music events and spending time with friends.
